Purpose and objectives The purpose of the presentation is to consider the problems of pension provision within the framework of early insurance pensions in special climatic conditions. Objectives: analyze the types of insurance pensions and early pensions; characterize the legal regulation of the appointment of early insurance pensions in connection with work in special climatic conditions; analyze recalculation, indexation, payment of early pensions.

General theoretical foundations In this work, we analyzed specific legal aspects related to the process of assigning an early insurance pension in connection with special climatic conditions.

Concept and types of early pensions Early pension provision is material support provided before reaching the generally established retirement age, the basis of which is: work performed under special working conditions, in certain positions, work performed in special climatic conditions, as well as social conditions and health status citizens.
