I’ve been eyeing a combo device for a long time; I think it’s necessary to have both a DVR and a radar detector in the car. Both devices are irreplaceable, but separately you don’t want to clutter up the space in front of you. After comparing several options and reading reviews, I settled on the Silverstone f1 hybrid EVO S combo device. Compact size, installed on the windshield without any problems. Clear video, database updates. The cameras pick up well and warn. The menu is in Russian, easy to customize. I've been using it for three months now, so far there are only advantages.

    Great device. The radar part works excellently, the test in the city and on the highway passed a solid 5. On the highway it warns about the radar 1 km away, in the city it also works well and has a minimum of false alarms. The camera takes pictures very well, I won’t say that it’s awesome, but car license plates are readable and the viewing angle is not bad. There are many examples of shooting on YouTube, but most likely due to file compression the image is not very good. Yes, by the way, for a good image I bought a UHS-I flash drive and there are no problems with the picture quality. In general, the device is worth the money and all the shortcomings such as rattling buttons have been corrected.     I'm riding on the third day, the flight is normal! in city mode there are 1. There are minimal false radar alarms. Before that, there was a GTS inspector. He was yelling at everything. It immediately caught my eye. The sound is also tolerable. On 3 I can ride and listen to music, there is still some reserve. Well, there seems to be support, the databases are updated once a week.

Anyone who has not faced the problem of choosing a gift has probably puzzled over this question at least once. What can we say about gifts for anniversaries, weddings, etc. A new service has appeared - “give an impression”. How simple and wonderful - buy a certificate, give it as a gift, and let the birthday boy choose what he likes from the programs presented. That's how it was with me. I have long wanted to attend a professional photo shoot. For my 40th birthday, my daughter gave me a certificate from the Evoy company with the “Cover Face” program. My joy knew no bounds - a welcome gift, and even from a child! I enthusiastically began to prepare for the photo shoot. I selected and bought two outfits for the two planned looks and accessories. Agreed on the date for receiving the service. Of course, I read all the reviews - which gave me confidence that everything would definitely work out. I studied the route and recommendations sent to me by EVOi. And now, the long-awaited day has arrived. In the morning, with my outfits ready, I went to receive my gift. It should be noted that the weather was really winter - frost and wind, and we still had to walk from the metro to the photo studio, but with such a moral upsurge it was all for nothing. Next, I insert the text of my complaint to the Evoy company: ... On December 10, 2013, by appointment, I went to the R2 photo studio to receive the “Cover Face” service using the certificate given to me for my birthday. Your employee contacted me on December 6, 2013 and clarified my visit, after which he sent me by email a plan for the location of the photo studio with detailed description how to find. I printed out this plan and, according to it, I got to Art Play without any problems. Then the problems started because... the description clearly states that I am walking along a house with arches (on the right hand) and at the end of the house there will be a white door with black letters photo studio R2. I searched for this door for 50 minutes, tried more than once to ask passers-by for help, but the problem is that in this place NOBODY knows where and what is, the only advice I was given was to call where I was going. That’s what I tried to do, but neither the landline nor the mobile phone numbers indicated in the plan sent to me answered. Moreover, on the map posted on the building I found the entrance “C” I needed, but it was impossible to go there because... renovations were underway. After 50 minutes, they pointed me to an unnamed glass door, behind which there was a narrow staircase to the 4th floor (although the plan describes an elevator, there is no trace of it there). I went up to the fourth floor and found myself in front of a locked iron orange door (not white, as in the description!!!) in the corridor it was very dirty - there was scaffolding, there was garbage everywhere - I didn’t even have anywhere to put my clothes because... my hands were completely frozen, I tried to somehow warm my fingers! There were also two employees of the photo studio who were trying to get through to someone so that the door would be opened for them... About 10 minutes later (after my call to the evoi employee) a young man appeared and opened the door. The first thing I saw when I went up to the supposed “changing room” was a man who was sleeping lounging on the sofa - apparently he was supposed to open the door in time, as well as answer the calls. After which everything became even more fun - in short: the stylist styled my hair with his hands because... there was no comb, the changing room was an open space, which was somehow half-covered with a towel. The result of all this is that after a 50-minute search in the cold and cold wind, the photos that came out can only scare people. Why the stylist and photographer remained silent is a question. Or did they hope that I would pay for the retouching of all photos at 600 rubles apiece?! The day after such a “wonderful gift” I fell ill with a more than serious diagnosis - follicular tonsillitis. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!!! After everything that happened, the director of the photo studio had the audacity to call me and actually blame me - that I was so stupid and negative, and they were just wonderful... Finishing this story, I want to add: Eva’s company returned the money as soon as they heard that I was sick - this is the first thing. I had to extort an additional payment for retouching from Eva’s company by calls and letters, while the company’s employee Margarita Baranova (who negotiated with me) proudly told me that she was “calling the director of the photo studio about the money”... I bow to her for this, this Apparently it’s a very difficult matter to call to get your money back! I wrote a review about this service on the Evoy company website - I was immediately called by an employee of the company who spoke with me on the day the service was provided, she was very surprised, “is everything really THAT bad, everyone sympathizes with me, right up to the General Director of the company,” but my review is with I forgot to post this... Today is January 16th i.e. Almost a month has passed since that story - there is still no review, someone gives their loved ones and acquaintances impressions for a lot of money (my certificate cost 5499 + 1800 they charged me for photo retouching). I don’t want a carefully chosen and sincerely given surprise to turn into a source of disappointment, or even illness (as in my case). The company remains silent in response to my letters and calls regarding the lack of feedback, i.e. It is its policy to hide true consumer reviews. Do not trust this company, unfortunately they are not giving a holiday - they are dishonest people. I hope my story will help someone get rid of disappointment. In general, I don’t really like receiving a certificate as a gift - no matter the store or for some service. Then it’s better not to limit the money.

It’s one thing when you buy, for example, a certificate for a spa, and buy it where you like and where it’s convenient for you, another thing is the option “at random” with “many options”

In general, I used certificates to “nowhere” only 4 times.

1. It was a gift - riding in a zorb, presented to my MCH, for the execution of which I had to go to Dzerzhinsky (but it was a different company and, being a non-local, I had trouble imagining moving around Moscow), but it was original, although it did not go well for my health.

2. Certificate for BD in Mascott, which I successfully re-issued because I didn’t find anything I liked in the store.

3. Certificate for salon treatments, without specifying the salon (i.e. you call and they tell you where to go), I successfully blew it because I forgot about the deadlines, and how I read that you only choose the procedure. so it went down...

4. And for the last time, friends from another city who did not know my request “not to give me certificates” decided to be original...

I was disappointed even just by briefly looking at the prospectus, because 33 pleasures of choice were not given to me at all.

The gift itself costs 2,399 (this is easy to find on the same website), but the options provided in the certificate cost at most 1000-1500.

For example:

SPA 45 min. (When I ordered a spa, I barely managed to do everything in 2 hours)

Flight in a tube 2 min. (in Moscow 1200)

A subscription to visit the solarium for 60 minutes (well, that is, 1 minute at the cost of the certificate will cost you 40 rubles, damn, I should sunbathe at the entrance to it), or am I really going to go to the SOLARIUM further than 10 minutes from home ????

1 yoga or dancing lesson (on average in Moscow 1500 rubles, depending on where it takes you)

15 minutes of shooting games with 8 friends...

Breakfast for 2 people (they order the food themselves);

Photo shoot in one image;

Visiting a cinema (again, you can choose a film but not a cinema, the average ticket price is 410 rubles * 4 = 1640;

It’s one thing when you live in a 3*3 region where you can get from one end to the other on foot, but for Moscow this is essential.

In general, out of 33 options, I really had 7-8 options to choose from, I have my own manicurist, Chinese painting is clearly not my thing, I have a solarium in my house to sunbathe, and go dancing somewhere for half the price paid the toad was strangling, although it’s not my money, and the point is in a one-time lesson)))))

In the end, I chose a water park, my friend arrived and we decided to go with her, I ended up in Fantasy park in Maryino, Well, about the water park itself I can say that it is very poor and rotten, and it is very difficult to spend 2 hours there - damp, cold and boring.

But when activating the ticket, I noticed that the cost of visiting, which will be paid by EVO, is only 1800 ( your card comes with the promotion Romantic date in a water park, which you can purchase yourself...) i.e. The company's profit is 600 rubles without bothering.

The certificate is valid for 6 months from the date of sale (no, not from the moment of activation, namely from the date of sale), it must be activated 7-5 days before the expected date.

They activated it for me quickly - an hour later, after online registration, the girl called back, explained everything well, and I still went to the water park, although they explained to me that an EVO employee would be waiting for me there, but in fact I just gave the card to the cashier, and despite the fact that I was half an hour late, I could have been in no hurry at all, there was no specific connection....

And considering that the water park turned out to be g... sorry, not very good, the impression from the certificate itself is very sad, we brightened up our mood only by going to McDuck after, and simply by our friendly atmosphere...

So I myself don’t buy certificates anymore and I don’t recommend them to others; in my opinion, it’s an overpayment and the choice is not so great. For 2750 (taking into account delivery) you can get a massage and a manicure and you don’t have to travel far, not to mention breakfast, I have dinner with dessert and coffee for two kopecks for two people...

Terrible customer support
I really regret the time I spent on calls and correspondence with this company. I spent about two months on them to finally use some service (not the one I initially chose). Let me explain briefly and briefly:

1. After the first entry on their website, no one contacted me for 3 days (although, if I’m not mistaken, it was written that they would contact me within 2 days).
2. I chose the paragliding service and signed up a month in advance, because... there were no free entries. The appointment was canceled 2 days before the appointment date and again no one contacted me. I just received an SMS that the appointment was cancelled.
3. Apparently, they stupidly did not pay for the paragliding service (or as their manager claimed: “for technical reasons, the service provider did not receive the money.”) I would like to point out that again, it was not they who contacted me, but I was hanging on on the phone for 10 minutes to get some kind of answer.
4. Then they offered other services, from which I chose a restaurant (just to go as quickly as possible and finish with a certificate. Registration was also free 1 month in advance. I chose a massage, because it seemed like I could go in a week.
5. The massage was also not immediately confirmed. I chose a time, and a day later they called and asked about a new time. When it finally got to me and I asked for a refund, miraculously they managed to sign up.
6. Several times I called their support service myself and hung on the phone for 10 minutes waiting for each answer. At the same time, the manager did not inform me about the waiting time and after I got tired of waiting (about 16 minutes) and hung up, he did not call back.
7. Then there was a long correspondence of 36 letters (in total), in which they did everything possible so as not to return the money for the service, which, taking into account the above, I no longer wanted to receive.
More than a month, 30 letters, 4-5 calls and a lot of time took me away. Think twice if you want to give yourself or your friends such an experience. My advice is just choose another company. It probably won't get any worse.
This is a simple example of how, due to small misunderstandings and terrible customer support, you can end up with a terribly annoyed customer instead of a satisfied one. If some misunderstanding occurs, you just need to deal with it normally and the right approach Explain the situation to the client and try to resolve the situation. Most people are adequate, will get into the situation and will be satisfied with the support provided.
